Hola!

Helmey’s back!

I had an awesome time and should be rocking the blog again shortly. However I do have some catching up to do so I need to keep this brief.

The following are just some of the many things I learned while in Mexico that I figured I would share…

  • Channels 49 & 50 in Utah are Fox News and A & E respectively. In Meheco they are the hard core porn channels, or so I’m told.
  • Water Polo is awesome to play while in your teens on your high school team. It sucks balls to play when your 34 in 95 degree heat and %1000 humidity with Mexicans that play it 360 plus days a year.
  • Everyone in Meheco pretends to understand English. However it’s fun for them to nod, say “OK” and bring you/ do something completely different/random from what you asked while rocking a shit eating grin.
  • When the booze is free there is always someone more drunk than you are. They will be from Texas.
  • You notice the same people in the pool drinking for hours on end. Amazingly they never have to get out to pee. I wish my bladder was that awesome.
  • People from the UK talk funny…

That’s all for now. I’m sad to be back stateside but I did miss you all dearly…well… some of you…

Welcome Back Shitty Friend

I've been behind in my reading, but just today I thought, I wonder what happened to Helmey. No I'm serious, I really did.
