I finally completed my Pirate / Ninja proficiency exams and renewed my license. At this point I’m still the worlds only Ninjirate.
I realized the winner in the last post would be more of loser as Heath can’t be good and the Lifetime network sucks ass. How many ways can one watch their favorite 80’s sitcom stars kill / get killed by their made for TV movie spouses? Apparently a lot. Therefore I spent part of the weekend digging a well in the basement to put Heath in. He will be spending some time in there putting lotion on his skin as he DT’s off the dance shows and I spray him with the hose.
I have this park where I like to walk the dog. Half the trail is right by a river so the dog can hop in and get her drink on when she gets hot. The last part is wooded which is cool because at the end of the mile lap you get the shade for the last quarter mile or so. Saturday afternoon the renaissance people were out there in full costume, getting there foam rubber swordfight on while buffing up on their medieval talk. I decided it was my duty to check how prepared they really were. The plan was to rush home, change into my ninja outfit, grab a real sword and come back. I figured I could swing from the trees and attack. However B put her foot down and said I needed to reconsider. I did, and it still sounded awesome. Then she "wife looked" me and said that I wouldn’t be attacking anyone and made me go home. That was pretty much bullshit and now the opportunity is gone forever... Or is it?
The rest of the weekend involved stuff that was so awesome that your brain would explode if I told you about it. Okay…That’s a lie…it was just normal non blogworthy weekend stuff.
So what did you do this past weekend?

I think that you should have turned Ninja on them. That would have been quite the story!
Heath worked, I did the family thing and then he joined us on Sunday at the park for family pictures. It was pretty much a June Cleaver weekend full of pretty flowers and baked cookies.
